Allotment timing: 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs on the date of booking; strictly adhere to schedule for occupation/vacation.
Managing committee is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.
Extra/outdoor lighting electricity must be arranged and paid by the allottee.
Sticking posters is prohibited; removal costs will be recovered from allottee.
Alcohol, drugs, and playing cards are strictly prohibited on premises.
Allottee is responsible for institute property; charges apply for damage/breakage.
Only the function specified in booking form is allowed; subletting or misuse leads to forfeiture of deposit and penalties.
Allottee must inspect facilities in advance of the function date.
Water/electricity short supply: allottee to arrange alternatives; committee not responsible.
No in-house electrical/stage decoration contractor; allottee to arrange at own cost.
No security provided; allottee to arrange private security if needed.
Allottee must bring and remove own locks for securing items in the hall.
Loudspeakers/DJ systems prohibited outside hall as per West Bengal Noise Pollution Board; bursting crackers also banned.
Booking may be canceled by Executive Committee for railway use or emergencies.
The allottee must ensure cleanliness of the premises after the event; cleaning charges may apply if not maintained.
Cooking inside the institute premises is prohibited unless specifically permitted in writing.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hall and within the premises.
Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local railway administration and relevant laws.
