Full payment and security deposit must be made at the time of confirmation.

Continuous booking will be accepted for a maximum of 3 days in a stretch.

Booking must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the actual date.

Decoration of stage, auditorium, and lighting will be managed by the party before the function.

Booking priority: (1) Railway Administration, (2) Members of the Institute, (3) Others.

The party will be liable for any damage, loss, or shortage to institute property, including fire or accidents.

After the function, no one will be allowed in the stage/auditorium/premises without permission.

Cooking arrangements inside the auditorium/premises are strictly prohibited.

Liquor, intoxicating items, and similar activities are strictly prohibited.

The institute is not responsible for loss or theft of any articles belonging to the party.

All applicable laws and government rules must be followed.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the institute premises.

The party must give free access and right of entry to the institute at any time during occupation.

Permission from local/civil authorities must be obtained by the party and attached to the application.

Political activities are strictly prohibited within the premises.

The institute will not be responsible for electricity failure under any circumstances.

Issues outside the scope of these terms will be discussed with the General Secretary of the Institute.

The Railway Administration can cancel any booking anytime without reason, with applicable refunds as per policy.

If cancellation is from the party’s side, the security deposit may be forfeited, and repeated violations may result in booking denial.
