Half of the rent must be paid in advance before booking.

Full rent must be paid before collecting the keys.

Advance payments will not be refunded under any circumstances, except for serious reasons.

Keys must be returned within the specified time; otherwise, a fine will be charged.

Entry of vehicles into the institute premises is prohibited without the authority’s permission.

No meetings, gatherings, or events with political purposes are allowed inside the institute. Political leaders will not be allowed to give speeches or participate in any political meetings.

Use of microphones after 10 PM outside is prohibited. Noise levels must comply with Government regulations.

Generators must only be operated by approved operators.

Any member failing to comply with the rules will be fined. A fine of ₹500 (five hundred) will be charged for disobedience.

No fixtures may be installed or attached to the walls without the permission of the Institute Council. No poles may be set up in the field.

Members may not use the field for any personal purpose other than approved functions.

Tents or stages in the field may not be set up without the Institute Council’s approval.

Members renting under their own name cannot sublet without permission.

Vehicles may not be driven or parked for events outside the designated times.

Cooking fires or use of gas in cooking areas is not allowed without the authority’s permission.

From 01/04/2020 onwards, rent must be paid according to the new rates as per railway orders.

All rules must be followed.

Installing or removing electric wires, plugs, bulbs, etc., without the Institute Council’s permission is prohibited.

Users are responsible for arranging disposal of water and waste.
