Allotment timing is from 10:00 hrs on the date of allotment to 08:00 hrs next day. Strict adherence to timings is required.
Managing Committee is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.
Extra or outside lighting must be arranged by the allottee at their own cost.
Sticking posters is prohibited; removal charges will be recovered from the allottee.
Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or playing cards is strictly prohibited.
The allottee is responsible for all items provided; damage/breakage charges will apply.
Only the function mentioned in the application form may be conducted—no substitutions allowed.
Subletting, false booking, or misuse will lead to forfeiture of deposit and action under D&A Rules.
All facilities must be checked by the allottee in advance of the function date.
Allottee must arrange own water/electricity in case of shortage; committee is not responsible.
No in-house contract exists for stage/electrical decoration; allottee must arrange at own cost.
No security personnel are provided; allottee must arrange private security if required.
Allottee must bring and remove own locks for the safety of items in allotted rooms.
Loudspeakers are prohibited after 22:00 hrs outside hall and 23:00 hrs inside hall; DJ systems are banned.
All event decorations must be temporary and should not cause any damage to the property.
Any damage to institute property during the event will be the responsibility of the booking party and must be compensated.
Use of loudspeakers and sound systems must comply with local noise regulations and time limits.
The premises must be vacated within the agreed booking time; additional charges may apply for delays.
